Billing questions
How do I pay?
Add credit to your personal Layerbeat balance first, then buy servers from it. You can add USD credit with USDC on Solana, or IDR credit by QRIS, bank transfer, card or e-wallet. A purchase spends one balance; the two are never converted into each other.
What does "prepaid" mean?
You pay for the server when you buy it, from your Layerbeat credit. The prices here are for one month; at checkout you can also choose 3 or 12 months. The price you see when you buy is the price you pay. It never changes during that term, and the server renews at the same price.
How does the launch discount work?
During launch, servers sell below their regular price until the date shown on each plan. A server you buy before then keeps its launch price, including when you renew it. Servers bought after that date pay the regular price, which is the struck-through amount.
Do servers renew automatically?
Only if you turn automatic renewal on. It then renews from your credit shortly before expiry, at the price and within the limit you agreed to. Otherwise you renew manually, and we send reminders before the term ends.
What happens if I go over my transfer allowance?
We never bill you for traffic afterwards. General VPS plans have a monthly transfer allowance; past it, bandwidth may be reduced or outbound traffic paused until the allowance resets. Fast VPS plans have unlimited transfer.
Can I get a refund?
A term is paid in advance and is not refunded if you delete the server early. If an order fails, the amount goes straight back to your credit. See the Terms of Service for details.
What is the difference between General VPS and Fast VPS?
General VPS plans are the lowest-priced servers, with a monthly transfer allowance. Fast VPS plans have much higher bandwidth (200 Mbps), unlimited transfer and larger sizes, for busy services and heavy agents.
